About

I’m a web content management consultant and team lead at Non~linear Creations, a web solutions agency in Ottawa, Ontario. Within the ECM practice area, I focus on the analysis, architecture and development of web content management solutions. Recently, I’ve also been developing and refining the business analysis processes within our practice.

I’m also a social media enthusiast, which means I dedicate a lot of time to emerging social technologies, and learning and connecting as much as I can. The intersection of web content management and social media is a growing and exciting space, but seeing Yammer take off like wildfire among my colleagues is just as inspiring.

I’ve just started my master’s degree at Carleton University, in the Technology Innovation Management program. This program focuses on the management of processes that deliver new innovations in technology, and has close ties to the open-source and startup communities in Ontario.

Here, I’m hoping to blog about my professional and scholarly thoughts and experiences in relation to all of the above. Although it’s not a personal blog, I hope it will also keep you up to date on what I’m working on and thinking about.
